Meet the Speaker:

Cheri is a manager in the Process Development team at Upside Foods, driving the creation and operation of platforms to optimize meat cultivation. She brings prior experience from Emerald Cloud Lab and Mytos (Biotechnology) in both the hardware and software aspects of lab automation, and holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from MIT focused on 3D tissue engineering for clinical applications.
