From Drowning to Ironman: How Mental Grit and AI Are Transforming Human Potential

After surviving a near-death drowning experience, I rebuilt my life by becoming an Ironman athlete and founding Ironmind.ai—a mental capital startup using AI to help athletes and high-performers build resilience and unlock their full potential. In this talk, I’ll share my personal journey of transformation and how grit, science, and technology can shape the way we live, learn, and lead.
